Available times at MK with MVMCP

For dinner reservations for restaurants in MK, what is the last time you can reserve if you do not purchase entry to MVMCP? Also, what time do the restuarants close on such days?
The main restaurants we are looking at are Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern (if characters return).

Jim Hill reported that rumor.He also stated Beastly Kingdom would be built and Disneys Night Kingdom would be built to compete with Harry Potter World over at US. Neither have happened .I wouldn't consider it a solid rumor at this point
