I meant like generally speaking. Not please check this resort these days. Sorry for the confusion. My understanding has been that there is typically room at resorts like OKW and SSR, year round. And September falls into the slow season, at least the early part. Just slightly panicking because then I read all these posts about 11 & 7 month booking, and I am roughly 6 weeks out.

In general the summer busy season follows the school year. Most of the areas near WDW are already back in school by September, so you'll probably have no problem finding something if you're flexible on resort/view. The only days that I would expect could be a problem are the labor day long weekend.

I took a quick look at the RAT. Looks like you could get SSR or OKW 2 bedroom for Sept 1-15, and all but a couple of days at Kidani in a standard view.

be happy you are looking for a 2-bedroom - the free dinning included SSR - so most of the studios are gone

Thanks. That's what I was Thinking but I have talked to more people who are going to WDW in September because of free dining than i ever expected!

September is presently pretty wide open for SSR studios actually. Evidently the week after Labor Day is one of the slowest of the year..? We are psyched, since that's when we're traveling this year.
