Availability of renting Oct. 3-9 or 10-16?

I am planing a trip to Disney and was wondering if someone could tell me if the following rooms are available for renting during Oct. 3-9 or 10-16, 2004. We (DW, DS-1.5 yrs and I) are looking for either:

1) One BR (standard) at Boardwalk or OKW

or

2) Studio (preferably Beach Club or Boardwalk-standard)

BW Standard views go very quickly and October is supposed to be totally booked right now. Food and Wine, Golf Tournament, MNSSHP, 10K race, etc. You might be able to get OKW, though.

OKW did have some accomodations left, as of last week, but remember that their main pool will be closed at that time.

SSR also had some availability for a one bedroom. Studios are pretty much gone everywhere, but you could go on the waitlist.
