Just a heads up for anyone planning on going down for the marathon or whose dates will coincide with that weekend. Our AAA agent said availability is starting to get scarce, and we could not get anything at Pop or an AKL standard room over the weekend. It really seems to be just the weekend, b/c we had no trouble getting Pop for the 4 nights leading up to the marathon.
So anyone planning on being in WDW that weekend, if you have your heart set on staying in a certain place you might want to make your ressies very soon.
FYI savannah rooms at AKL, garden rooms at Poly, and ASMo were still available this week for the 12th and 13th. I'm not saying that is ALL that is available, but those are ones we asked about.
