Automatic Page Refresh/Monitor

Hey there,

Does anybody know how to set a page to refresh and monitor for changes automatically? We are trying to get a one additional night for a reservation in March. It would be much more efficient for the page to auto refresh and monitor for changes every so many seconds/minutes. If I remember correctly, it will alert you when there's a change on the page. I know it can be done. I just don't remember how to do it.
