Automatic Combining of Reservations?

For a short October trip over Columbus Day weekend, I decided to see if I could get a studio at PVB. As luck, would have it, only 2 of the 3 days were available. So, I booked the 2 open days and waitlisted the 3rd. I then booked a studio at OKW so I would at least have something if the waitlist didn't come through. I received the standard Welcome Home emails from DVC confirming my 2 reservations. The following day, I received another Welcome Home email. It was to confirm my stay at PVB for my waitlisted night! Then, the day after that, I received yet another Welcome Home email. This one provided one confirmation # for the entire stay at PVB. I didn't know the system would automatically combine reservations like that. I thought I had to call member services to do that.

The CM at MS who works the waitlists combined your reservations, it isn't done buy a computer.

PVB just had a ton of available inventory added to the pot. Don't know how or why but many have posted about the increase.
