Autograph cards- Thor, Captain America, Blank Disneyland?

We are going to DLR for the first time next week. We've been to Disney World several times and always do autograph cards when we meet characters. I have have searched all of my saved links to disigners photobucket accounts and haven't been able to find a card for Thor, Captain America, or just a generic blank Disneyland card. I like to have some generic ones in case I miss printing a specific character and end up meeting them. At least I still have something for them to sign. If no one has these already, I will just make some up, but I was hoping to save a little time if they were already done. Thanks!
