Autograph books

Does anyone have any autograph book pages they can share? I purchased some "autograph" books from one of the disney retail sites (not affiliated with Disney). I am so sad. They are like little note pads. The ad picture showed a cover that said " DISNEY autographs" but the real deal is really crappy and just looks like a pocket notebook.

So I want to make my kids some books...pics on one side, autographs on the other. I just need to have them done by Christmas morning, so any templates you have to share would help greatly.

I was peeking down at the Creative DISign forum and they have some great ideas..

within the above link there is a member donatalie that has a 2010 autograph pages. You might check through the thread and see if those can be used.
