autograph books

I have seen some of the designers made autograph book pages, and they look great! My question is, How do you make the autograph book, or do you buy one and put the sheets in it?
My boys would love a personalized book, so I am looking for some ideas!

I usually print the pages out and then take them to my local printer to have the pages cut and binded together. I just laminate the front and back cover myself with that laminating paper that you can buy at WalMart. It's really inexpensive to do and they make really great keepsakes. After our last visit I took the books apart and then put the autograph page with a picture into photo albums. My daughter loves looking at those!
