Autograph book?

My dh and I are heading back to the world for our anniversary. We have been many times both as children and adults. We even honeymooned there!
Anyway, I haven't done autographs since childhood, but I was thinking it would be fun to do the this trip. I am planning on making an autograph book with special pages for each character. I booked us an adr at every character meal I could think of. The question is who will I meet?

DINNER
Chef de France (but I dont think Remy signs )

Not only does Remy not sign, you won't see him after 6 PM or on Sundays - unless you have an early dinner on Monday-Saturday you won't be there when he appears.

Donald was not signing anything at Tusker House when we were there for breakfast in February. Also, I'd try to fit in dinner at 1900 PF if you could. The step family is hilarious and the food was quite good.

I will tell dh the "board told me we must eat there" He is not a big character meal person so I agreed to only subject him to characters for breakfast. He actually chose the castle himself and i dont think Remy counts as a character meal. And he doesnt realize Garden Grill has characters, but I want to meet Chip and Dale!

FGM, Suzy and Perla no longer appear at dinner, it changed in February. Dinner is princesses just like bfast and lunch.
