Autograph Book Cover

Hi folks! If anyone has time, I am looking for a personalized cover for my daughter's 4x6 autograph book.

I'm thinking something with the fab 5 (plus Daisy, if you have it). Primary colors are good, but she likes purple too. I'd like it to be customized with:

Ali's Disney Autographs
November 28th-December 2nd 2011​

And seriously...how do you choose which characters to omit when making a book? There are so many!

I can do one but you must indicate the dimensions you are looking for....I do 5x7 by default

Oh! I didn't realize that was important. Eek. I'm afraid I still have lots to learn!

I was thinking 4x6, landscape orientation.
