Autograph book cover ASAP pretty please!

Please could someone make me an autograph book cover for my DD Savanah? We are leaving next Friday!! I could have sworn I had one for 2010 but I can't find it in any of my files. She loves Ariel the most but would not be to picky as of now. Thanks so much!!

I made one and put it in my photobucket. Make sure that you save it so I can delete it to make room in my photobucket for other requests. I wasn't sure what size you needed...so I made it 4x6.
