OP, if you're referring to the Auto Train fare of $19 for children that's been offered for summer trips since 2009, I haven't seen or heard anything about it yet this year.

ETA - This special fare was announced on April 6 in 2011 and on April 15 in 2009 and 2010, and the offer ended on June 5 in all years. It was for children between the ages of 2 and 15, and good for travel between June 1 and August 30. There is no guarantee they will offer it again, but if they do, based on the history of past offers, I would start looking for an announcement in early to mid-April.

Yep $25 fare good for this summer. Just got off the phone with them. I already had a reservation and called and they gave me the discount.
