We are going in July. Duse to the cost of car rentals we think we will use Uber . Do any major stores deliver groceries to the resort?

Try giving Turo a look. Prices on Costco for car rentals were like $950 for an intermediate. I found some small SUVs and nice cars 2019+ that were only like $450-$500 for a week instead of double that through a rental agency.
