Aulani Room Types

Does anyone know how many DVC studios, 1 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms and Grand Villas there are going to be and the number of each kind? Does anyone know how many are going to be open during the first calendar year the resort is open Aug 2011-Aug 2012, if it is different?

If this question is answered on another board or thread could you please let me know.

Phase I (209 hotel rooms, 119 villas): August 29, 2011
Phase II (138 hotel rooms, 178 villas): December 29, 2011
Phase III (404 villas): February 28, 2013

But the numbers don't add up as far as the breakdown goes. And it does not say how many are available during Phase 1 & Phase 2.
