Aulani Questions

I'm traveling to Aulani in April and was looking for current schedules and operating hours. I have the Daily 'Iwa's from September and see that the Starlit Hui was Monday and Thursday and also have the (September) hours of Aunty's Beach House. We would like to book a Luau one night when the Starlit Hui is not scheduled, and would like to do an adult only breakfast on a morning when Aunty's opens at 8am.

Does anyone have the current schedule or point me to more recent Daily 'Iwa's?

I did a quick compare of some acitvities here to the schedule from September. It looks like days/times have not changed much. The only differences I noticed were some additions - activities not listed in the Daily Iwa in September, but included in December.

This looks like the shuttle in question. Obviously, the website hasn't been updated since Aulani opened but assumedly they stop there as well. Seems like it just goes around the Ko Olina resort area - from the marina on one end and Paradise Cove on the other.

The week that I was there (12/20-12/24), the Starlit Hui was on Mon & Weds.

Luaus don't tend to sell out (IMO)...maybe it would be better to arrive and figure out when the Starlit Hui is before you book ahead of time. It's a "can't miss"!

Does anyone else have their daily IWAs that they can post? I'm planning for our trip in April and trying to determine if the schedule changes much (starlit hui, storytelling, movie night etc) so that I can plan our our days. So much to do, so little time......

We are going in March and I called the resort yesterday to ask some questions for planning purposes. The starlit hui is on Mon & Thursday unless there happens to be a wedding scheduled at the resort on those days cause weddings are held in the same location as the starlit hui. So assume Mon & Thurs.

We will be there over Memorial Day weekend. Wonder if the Starlight Hui will still be on Monday since it's a holiday. How far out do they schedule these things. Also, if I am renting DVC points, will I get free parking or will I have to pay the $35/day? Anyone know?

don't know about the dates for the Starlight Hui but as long as your room was rented on DVC points, it appears that you get free parking. The rules may change since technically it's supposed to be the DVC owner that gets the free parking but haven't heard of anybody yet who was staying on points and didn't get free parking.
