Room 809 beware as ocean view 10% at most. I am restricted in booking as I need a wheelchair accessible room. This was a big disappointment and a lot of points wasted. The view was mainly The Four Seasons parking garage and hotel..

What room type? Make sure you tell them that in your survey

For a "tower" type hotel, the view in the immediate foreground is never what they're talking about when they describe your view category.

"Theme park view" rooms at Bay Lake Tower have the Contemporary parking lot in the foreground, for example.

There are multiple OV rooms that only have partial views of the ocean. That is supposedly why they don't use the term "Ocean Front View". It sucks, but it's not much different than getting stuck with the ground floor of a PV room at many WDW resorts.
