Any ideas why June 2025 availability at the 7 month mark has been non-existent this year? Last year it was pretty readily available. Is inventory being managed differently, or just oddly much more demand than 2024? Anything going on in Hawaii this year that wasn’t last? Friends are planning to go and not finding anything.

June is a very low point season and is usually one of the first to go, even for people with the home resort advantage.

I know I rented out some excess Aulani points this year and they were snapped up within 24 hours of listing them.

Yeah, get all that, it just looks like 2025 availability worse than 2024 for same period at same advance booking time.

I watched availability last year to prepare for 7m bookings for June 2025. I was able to get a 2 bdrm ov for early June. However, I started a walk a week prior to my early June dates. I was actually prepared to try for July if unsuccessful with June. Late June through July 4 holiday is probably very difficult to get but just keep trying to get a room at 8am est. flexibility is important with dates, views, and villa size.
