aulani Hawaii

we have a neighbor who owns OKW pts. She told my wife she tried to book Aulani but they would only give her 4 nts. I know nothing about the conversation she had with DW.
Question is has anyone else had this problem? I know you can book 7 nts at a time but is Aulani different?

Could be anything...

Could be she didn't have enough points.
Could be she wasn't in her 7 month window for the whole reservation.
Could be they were full.

As far as I know, you can book Aulani just like any other DVC property.

We initially booked a studio at Aulani for 7 nights, then added an 8th night later. I don't think there is any difference between Aulani and any other DVC resort.
