Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows when this DVC resort is going to open?? I read late fall and that it was only phase 1. I'm wondering if I am able to book for fall of 2011 (October) what might phase 1 mean?? Would it be better to maybe wait until 2012?? Any information would be appreciated!

Phase II (138 hotel rooms, 178 villas): December 29, 2011
Phase III (404 villas): February 28, 2013

Reservation Dates
Hotel rooms (non-DVC): August 2, 2010
DVC Aulani owners: September 29, 2010
All DVC members: January 29, 2011 (or 7 months prior to arrival)
