Aulani daily parking fee if renting points??

I asked this the other day in the owners' thread, but I didn't get a response. If I am renting DVC points from a member for a stay at Aulani, will I be charged the $35 per day rental fee if we are renting a car?

My understanding is that as a DVC guest you would not have to pay parking. For peace of mind, you might want to call the resort and tell them you'll have a DVC reservation. They'll have the definitive answer (though someone else may chime in).

We were there Nov'13 on rented points and never paid any daily parking fee.

We were there last week with rented points and parking is definitely included!

Confirming that rented DVC point stays include parking at no fee. We had a split stay and we DID have to pay parking for the time we were in a hotel room but NOT when we were in our DVC point rented studio
