I personally feel for SAP at WDW, it is still best still go with resale SSR. Although I own in Aulani, that's because I mainly plan to use in Aulani, and only at WDW once in a while.
The low initial buy in price helps, I don't see it as a big, big difference between Aulani and SSR, while dues difference lasts the length of the contract.
