Aulani area bakery

We will be staying at Aulani this summer and bringing the in-laws. My FIL's b-day is during the trip and I'd like to get a cake to celebrate. I know I can have the resort do a cake but was wondering if there were any great bakeries on Oahu that someone can recommend. TIA

In Kalihi there is a popular bakery called Dee Lite Bakery that does some pretty nice cakes. they are affiliated with St. Germains Bakery http://www.stghi.com. It is however not close to Aulani and it is not in a real "touristy" area if ya know what I mean Nearer to Aulani in Kapolei there is a Napoleans Bakery that will have cakes ready in a display case that they will write Happy Birthday on for you. The bakery is actually connected to the Zippys restaurant in Kapolei near the theaters. And of course in Kapolei there is also a Costco in case you want to eat cake for every meal during your stay!
