August WDW Trip Advice?

So what time of day does everyone think the rain and storms come in? I have read a few different times.

In our experience, anywhere from 1-5 pm.

We use an app on our iPhones called Dark Sky. There is a small fee for it. For some reason, it's laid out perfectly for the storms in Orlando. It tells you the chance of rain in the next hour in a really clear way. You can even set an alert. So when we see that, we make some decisions as to what we want to do. It also helps us know when we can go back out.

Another tip we use, is each kid carries a small string bag with a poncho, extra socks, and flip flops, I carry a bag for my wife and I. Once the rain starts, the shoes and socks go in the bag, the flip flops and poncho goes on. This way we have dry shoes and socks.

We dont bother with socks and tennis shoes, we just wear flip flops or slides the whole time we are there.

Yep!
