Okay, I'm back on the wagon big time- I started something yesterday that I wanted to share. I watch Dr Oz daily (love him!!) and I started his 11-week challenge, and it's incredible! If you go to the website ShareCare.com, you make a profile that outlines your goals and any health issues you might have, and it creates a little program for you and outlines how many calories you should eat during the day. Then, there's a section where you enter your food (and there's so many different foods in the database) and it tracks your calories and everything for you. It's awesome!

And it's FREE!!
Also, I've heard all about how it's good for you to eat steel-cut oats for breakfast, so I picked some up at the store today and made a batch. They smell good, but I'll let you all know how they taste tomorrow morning
