August Reservations Possible w/March Closing?

This is my first posting, so please be nice!
We are considering purchasing a resale this week, with the closing date estimated to be the end of March. Do you think it is possible that we can get into BW at the end of August?

2001 - DW - CR
2002 - DL - GC
2003 - DW - CR
2004 - DL - DLH
2005 - DW - Poly

I'm wondering the same thing. I should be closing in February and was hoping for BW sometime in the summer.

Hard to tell depends on what you want standard view rooms might be gone for august and Boardwalk view. Alot depends on how many days the vacation is and what type of room but for especially late august I would say you have a chance.

We closed last week and I was able to secure a 2BW BW view and a standard view studio for mid August.
