would say they might cut back on park hours to save money,they will relise hours as late as posible at moment

May hours came out at the beginning of this month so you are probably looking at beginning of May for August hours to be released.

DISWolves, you have my sympathy, we don't go until Aug either! We cross over into Sept too, so when my ADR window comes up at 90+10 (21st May-sorry wayneg, anything to cheer me up on cold Feb afternoon ) I won't know the park hours. I like to avoid am EMH!

From a week on monday (23rd) you will be able to make a booking ADR for the new resturant at AKL,if your a dvc menber its this monday the 16th.it opens 1st may

After 6 weeks of constant decorating and no light at the end of the tunnel, what else can I look forward to?

If you want more decorating to do there plenty here, keep you going another 6 weeks if you want it

I can't get my head around our August ADR's, 16 nights of them to plan. Just taken us an hour to decide which take away to order from tonight.

i am usaly the planner and this year were not on the plan,so wouldent have that problem.but dont think it will be as bad as a few years ago when free ddp was first introduced.as forcast for less staying onsite(reason for offering free DDP)should be many more walk ups.would make sure you ADR the ones you realy want.
The menus for the new place in AK villas wont be available till may 1st,all there saying is affrican food and asian food

I will get planning eventually, just can't do it 6 months in advance.
If Xmas was anything to go by we should have no problems, the parks were to capacity but still got ADR for Boma a couple of days in advance, got there about 30 mins early, straight in lots of empty tables. Talking to Guest services in MGM(made another ADR for trails end 3 hours before we ate) she said the parks were really busy but resort restaurants were quiet.
Now if they got online ADR system working it would be an incentive to get sorted and try it out, when the time comes.

Disneys computer system would nead a major overhall to put this in place.And whith the current downtun

I was wondering the same thing,,, I have an uncontrollable need to plan 6 months in advance but it seems now that park hours are not going to be announced until 90 days beforehand, I'm going crazy.
