August morning heat = evening in the parks better?

I'm flying down to Orlando tomorrow. I've been debating buy the mid-day magic tickets with noon entry. I normally do rope drop to knock out a lot of rides (and usually no thunderstorms, which is a plus). But my question is whether it is going to be muggy/hot/uncomfortable at 7 am or 8 am and if this week it might generally be worth just doing noon entry and staying in the parks until late. I've been to the parks recently, so it isn't like I need to ride every single ride. Just trying to pick the best times and ticket prices. And I know HS is open really early along with Extra Magic at AK and MK... so makes me wonder how evenings will be.

I normally never buy tickets this late, just haven't been able to judge how to make the best use of time since I won't be there for many days and Galaxy's Edge is a big wild card.

Thanks!

I was down a week ago and it was just gross any time of the day. I personally wouldn’t buy the midday ticket for this week. Since the crowds are such a wild card and you don’t mind rope drop I would go with a normal ticket so you will have more flexibility to go with the flow. I dont necessarily think that nights will be slower this week I think there will just be much longer lines at Star bucks.

It will be humid all day long regardless of the time. It may feel a bit cooler in the morning before the midday sun starts to beat down, but not by a lot. just plan on being hot, sweaty, and sticky the whole time.

Like the above poster said, it’s muggy 24/7. We’ve been at the parks all week, and I find that the morning sun isn’t as hot.

I was really concerned with the August heat in Florida. My dh and I aren’t in as good shape as we used to be. But we’ve been able to cope surprisingly well with lots of shade breaks, ac shows, and drinking a lot of water. I bought a great 40 oz water bottle that I hang from my crossbody. It’s not as heavy as you may think and it’s been a lifesaver.
