August Exercise Challenge

Update for me:

Thursday: 40 minutes Aqua Fit
Friday: 40 minutes Deep Water
Saturday: 55 minutes Deep Water

Brings me to 605/900!
 
Please add 72 minutes for me today. I did a 4-mile r/w in 52 and 20 minutes of intense yard work.

80 minute bike ride in the RAIN today!

One hour bike ride yesterday, 30 minutes on the treadmill this AM and 20 minutes on the weights brings me to (drum roll please) 700 minutes!!!! I'm over half way to my 1240!!
 

A 90 minute walk Saturday a.m. and walking to and from church and walking on the beach yesterday, puts me at 640/1200.
 
60min. of interval training this morning. I'm finally at the halfway point!!! 800/1600.
 
Back from vacation and my foot handled all the walking wonderfully!!! I am so much more relaxed about walking around Disney now!

I was able to get in time on the tread mill at the hotel so I got in an hour each day :)

I did count a total of 40 minute for the park and the mall since there was a LOT of walking. The Mall of America is HUGE!!! I think I walked about 10 miles in there :)

My total is up to 360 now!

This has been a really rough month so far, so I'm off to a slow start. I'm at 417/1500 as of today. I now need 64 min/day to make it. That's doable....maybe!! I will try!!
 
Got 70 minutes in with the Treadmill which puts me at 613/1400.
 
55 min Sunday and 65 min today for a new total of 620/1000. :cool1:
now school starts tomorrow, and I'll have to squeeze in the minutes somehow!

Saturday we walked around the Columbus Zoo for about 4 hours. I'll take credit for 60 minutes there b/c it wasn't intense and there was a good bit of stopping.

Today, 30 minutes on the treadmill doing interval training.

So that puts me at 372/800 :)
 
Whoo hooo... With my 60 min walk tonight I am a little over half way to goal!!!!

Well, we just got back from Niagara Falls! We walked so much. And good walking.....hills and at a good pace too. Put me down for another 360 minutes!! WooHoo....I lost 4 pounds while we were there too!!

I start school tomorrow too so, believe me, I am right there with you! I am sure we can both do it though. And you're welcome! :)

I can't believe how well everyone is doing! Seriously, you all are doing a fantastic job! My dd starts daycare tomorrow since I am going back to school and I have a feeling she is going to be overly tired when I pick her up tomorrow evening so I doubt I will get on here tomorrow to update but I will try. I have been updating at least once or twice a day but it may be less now but don't worry I will still update as often as I can. Heck, I may be able to do so from school. Keep up the great work everyone! :goodvibes
 
I'm at 735/2000. Not where I should be, but at least I'm here talking about it. That always seems to keep me more motivated to actually get moving!
