August Exercise Challenge

I'm starting to catch up.... I'm at 560 as of today - did WATP Heart Healthy, WATP jog, walked & 7 min abs.
 
Another 60 for me please. And by the way, thanks for all the hard work you are doing for this.. :thumbsup2
 
Whoa, I am way behind with my posting. (Too busy making all those reservations for my upcoming trip to DL -- whoooooohoooooo! :banana:

Here are the updates on my walking totals:
Saturday the 12th -- 10 miles (160 mins)
Tuesday the 15th -- 5 miles (80 mins)
Wednesday the 16th -- 7 miles (110 mins)

So my new total is... 1065/1500! Yippee!

Keep racking up those miles, everyone!
 
30 minutes in the pool this morning 850/1240
 

I'm back! I survived boy scout camp! I didn't really keep track of my time but I sure did a lot of walking. I am guesstimating that I am up to 480/1000.
 
60 min.run/bike which makes me 625/1000 :banana:

I got to the gym for 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the elliptical. I'm not quite halfway there yet, but I should catch up this weekend!

Alright, including today, I am up to 460/800. With all the visits to family, and trips to the zoo, and such, I have added on quite a bit!

Oops, getting behind here!

I did 30 minutes of hard yard work on Monday, skipped Tuesday (just life...!), and 50 minutes yesterday on the Gazelle and toning.

Puts me at a total of 110/570!
 
Another 45 for me today, please...This is really a good motivator - I must get to my goal, I must get to my goal.... :cool1: :banana:
 
45 min the firm video Tue and 45 min TM Wed for a new total of 710/1000! Still have to get something in today I don't know if I'll have enough time :confused3
 
I got in 45 minutes today bringing me up to 505/1000. I finally made it to the halfway point. :cool1:
 
540/1000. I went to Curves before dinner and took a nice walk after dinner.
 
40 minutes of interval training for me on the treadmill....

I'm up to......459/800 :)
 
Please add 150 to my total (I've been at the cabin -- lazy days of summer...) bringing me up to 560/1800.

Simple math tells me:
1800-560=1240
August has 31 days, so 31-17=14
1240/14=88.6 minutes per day will allow me to reach my goal. So, from here on out I will exercise 90 minutes per day (I like to exceed my goals, I guess!) and hope that it works!

Lots of people reached the halfway point while I was gone. Congratulations to all of you!!! Keep it up!
 
Got 65 minutes squeezed in tonight. Puts me at 708/1400.
 
30 minutes treadmill and 20 minutes weights 900/1240
