Whoa, I am way behind with my posting. (Too busy making all those reservations for my upcoming trip to DL -- whoooooohoooooo!
Here are the updates on my walking totals:
Saturday the 12th -- 10 miles (160 mins)
Tuesday the 15th -- 5 miles (80 mins)
Wednesday the 16th -- 7 miles (110 mins)
I'm back! I survived boy scout camp! I didn't really keep track of my time but I sure did a lot of walking. I am guesstimating that I am up to 480/1000.
Please add 150 to my total (I've been at the cabin -- lazy days of summer...) bringing me up to 560/1800.
Simple math tells me:
1800-560=1240
August has 31 days, so 31-17=14
1240/14=88.6 minutes per day will allow me to reach my goal. So, from here on out I will exercise 90 minutes per day (I like to exceed my goals, I guess!) and hope that it works!
