August Exercise Challenge! Please Post your Final total!

It's going be close if I don't pick up the pace. Currently I'm at 758/1200. Six days at 74 minutes each to reach goal. Wish me luck!
 
Updates/changes made! You WISHers are doing soooo good! :cool1: I added some red tonight. ;) And, 2 of our previous GOAL-ees just keep adding on the minutes! :cheer2: ::yes:: :worship: :thewave:



I actually added 30 mins myself today. :blush:

Been a busy week at work, but I have managed to add 30 more minutes to my total, making 865/1,000.
 
kimraye -- thank you! you're right, i didn't add in something, then it should've been 1335 not 1200, sounds like i didn't add in tuesday.

it's been a crazy week here, no time for posting but i have been exercising:
Thursday - water aerobics for 60 mins
Friday - workout DVD 40 mins

1435/1500 -- oh my i'm going to make it!!!!
 
I don't have anything to add yet, but I will tomorrow. I'm going up to the local park and walk. I did want to stop by and say way to go for everyone that is adding up their minutes. Keep up the great work.
 
another very hard day of soccer practice, our coach loves to run... i am now at 560/1000
 
Just got in from a 35 min walk/run and seen that you added me to the list- Thanks!! I've just been practicing this week getting ready for the September challenge. I'm leaning toward a 1000min. What do you guys think for a newbie? Is that too much?

probably not - depending on how many days you want to exercise...i typically get 50-60 mins 5 days a week at the gym...and can usually make my 1200 + just a little over....

For AUGUST it is! :eek: :faint: ( :rotfl: ) For September tho ;) , it's not unreachable. I did several months at 1,000 while losing weight. :sunny:

What would you like to do for August, so I can change your numbers? 70/?? :confused3 Just lemme know! Glad to have you here in Aug. :goodvibes :wave:
 
Kim, Since there is only 5 days left in August give me 250. I walk/ran 35 minutes this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so I'm 105/250.

45 min for Thursday
30 for Friday
70 for today - just finished a 10.5 mi bike ride - a bit windy and rainy but I survived :goodvibes - my knee has been "tender" so decided it was better to ride than try to a long walk today


total so far 1360/1000
