1/2 way I'm 1/2 way!!!!!

it's sprinkling here so I went to the Y for the treadmill, haven't been there in a while and it was a nice change actually. i need to make that a habit more once school starts next week. I did 4 miles on the treadmill in 60 mins; then stretched out for 5 mins bringing me to 755/1500
 
I just got through with my Carmen Electra DVD which was 50 minutes of work out...so I am 260/500...I am halfway there!

I know I walked a lot at Disney this weekend but am not counting any of it.
 
Last week was a complete bust. It was entirely too hot to even *think* about going outside. I didn't do any walking, didn't even wear my pedometer to work - I was too busy anyway to get away from my desk to log any miles.

Just finished 2 miles tm (30 min) and 15 of stretching.

Still have "bike buns" from that ride Sunday and didn't realize that my shoulder muscles are tender too - guess that is handlebar related - need to get back out and use some of the muscles again :teeth:

Today's time brings me to (795/1000)
 
got two FitTV workouts done this morning, i'm not feeling very into it today. it's rainy here, must be why. I did walk with my neighbor last night too which I'm claiming 10 mins and 45 mins this morning bringing me too 810/1500
 
Ran this morning for 35 minutes, so need to change my total = 540/1,000

Please update me I am now 217/1000 I got to get going I am way behind. I figure that I have to work out 52 min each day to reach my goal. Oh no! I am not sure I can do that. We will see. best wishes to all. Kardiebelle
 
I forgot to update last week! I did 420mins last week which puts me at 795/1000. Thanks!
 
I did 30 minutes of walking this morning. 60/500.
