Hope you'll join us on this bandwagon of exercise we like to do around here!
It seems to have been a monthly thing for as long as I remember, and I've been on the WISH board over 18 mos. now. Don't remember when I first joined a monthly challenge, but I think I hosted/started 2 of them so far. All you need to do to join, is decide for yourself/publicly commit to how many minutes of exercise you can/will/think you'll do each month, and post your ongoing results and activity. We're here for SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT, NEVER criticism.

Whether your goal is 200 or 2,000 minutes, we're here to chart and encourage!

Everyone is different, their diet, their exercise, their need, etc., so that's why you see such varied goals. As for me, I've been maintaining since Dec., so my exercise goals have lessened from my weight-loss days, but still, exercise is essential to any loss or maintenance plan, so we're ALL together on that point! KEEP MOVING!
