Looks like we have a great group signed up this month! sunny, the clippie is awesome! I'm on my way to add it to my sig now!

I'm off to a somewhat slow start thanks to our afternoon, running into evening thunderstorms, but I'm on my way. 100/2000 min so far. I will post my totals weekly Kim. I wanted to put my first 2 days here because I haven't set up my own chart yet.

jmho, 500 is what I shoot for being on maintenance. You may want to up the minutes, but you can do that when you reach 500, if you like. No need to decide now. ;)

I am glad I got in that early morning walk yesterday because there just wasn't time to do anything in the evening...so I am still holding out at my same numbers of course til this evening when I will get off my duff and do something!!

got today's pilates/yoga done -- i'm 140/1500
 
New to W.I.S.H. and haven't exercised for along time......need to start slow!!!

I'm going for 500 minutes this month.

So far:

Mon 8/1 15 min
Tue 8/2 16 min
Wed 8/3 17 min

Total 48/500

I did 10 minutes on the Elliptical today. Hoping for more tomorrow:) So I am 10/500 for the month.
 
3 days in, 177 minutes spent walking. We're in the midst of another heatwave. Temps are in the 90's with the heat index in the triple digits, otherwise I might add more over lunch break.

I am at 210/1000 on Aug 4th. I will add on more time later today in the pool since it going to be in the high 90's today.
