It's been a crazy couple of weeks with a bit of travelling and trying to catch up at work, but I am back!
And for the month's update....
8/9 - 49 minute run (along the beach in Key West )
8/10 - 40 minutes elliptical and weights
8/11 - 64 minute beach run again
8/12 - 32 mins elliptical
8/14 - 43 minute run
Should bring total to 389/1100
Better get these legs-a-moving!!
We're almost half way through the month. Are you almost halfway to your goal? From the looks of our pretty colors, ya'll are doing great! We are updated through post 172.
I will update again Saturday, but then Sunday we are driving (all day!!!) to San Francisco for a little mini vacation. We will drive back Thursday so I'll refresh our colors on Friday. Don't think this will be good for my numbers, so will definitely be counting any walking I do in SF!
If anybody has any suggestions of things to do, I'd love to hear them. The last time we were there was on our honeymoon 25+ years ago!
