It's not in the 100s any more!!! To celebrate, I ran my intervals midafternoon on Wed. More intervals last night (I actually skipped for a few portions - my kids would have been mortified if they'd seen :-)) 4 walks with the doggie and I'm now at

Been a rough week and, as I suspected, things aren't looking good for this month. School starting up again is really messing with my time :(

Today I did bridge to 10k 65 minute run and some extra at the end for a total of 8.2 miles and 100 minutes.

Have my foot the ability to heal for the last two weeks. Did light walking during that time, nothing strenuous or lengthy. Ran a 5k today :) so far so good. Hoping I have myself enough time to heal.
