Adding 79 mins long run. I did the prescribed distance and then added some "magic miles" (if you're using the Galloway training plans, you know what I mean) except I just called them "push" miles and tried to see what it felt like to run a "race pace." Definitely helped break up the long run a little bit.
Also used sport beans today, loved them! Except it's hard to eat them while running and not choke yourself, haha.
