Got in some hill work Monday night (was still 100 degrees at 7:30 when we started!) and some walks with the dog since then. New total:

It was the perfect combination of warm and humid here this morning for my run. 75 and 87% humidity. I just love those really sweaty workouts where you feel like you really worked hard.:goodvibes

Well I haven't been keeping track but have been walking and stretching trying to work on my injury and think I may be healing so just went for a slow 30 minute run and no pain!!! I also did a 15 minute cool down walk.

So 45/600.

Hope I am over the hump.

Ran 3 miles - 40 minutes (some walking, hot/humid plus she wasn't feeling well)

Cooldown walk - 10 minutes

DH ran w me and did really well. I'm proud of him! (He's not a regular runner but wants to be. Right now he works too much to seriously train for distance but he said he wants to someday.)

Adding 40 mins, 32 running and 8 plyometrics. And by plyometrics I mean me jumping up and down with not a clue of what is going on. But it was... Well, it was different. :) and that's not a bad thing.

Had two slacker days but it will all even out hopefully.
