The only problem I have found with the on-line ADR system is that it's all to easy to start tweaking the plans!! We had already changed four of our planned restaurants, and today changed another - someone keep me away from the WDW website
I have just got Hoop Dee Doo for 13 of us, glad that was easy enough.
Started at 10:50am had trouble with IE loading pages so I changed to Firefox, no problems at all, allowed me to book from 10:58am
Only problem was customers coming in, took me until 12 noon to get them done, thankfully didn't time out on me although got warning twice.
Got everything I wanted within 20 mins of times I wanted.
Then at 12:15pm I rang to sort Hoop & Fantasmic package, she had a little problem getting computer to accept my address and credit card but got there in the end, took 15 mins.
Also let me do 11 days online
I didn't make one today - I feel that my life has lacked a little purpose!!! I will miss them...

Yesterday, for the first time since booking it was a nightmare.
I rang at the weekend to speak to grand gatherings re the tony character breakfast to be told yes even though booked through uk site could use grand gatherings and to ring on tuesday to book (180+10) - cannot book via website.
Came home in my lunch hour to be told no, need to go back to uk reservations to get grand gathering account set up which take 72 hours
Rang uk site to be told um not sure will get someone to ring me back in 24 hours.
They rang back whilst i was at work yesterday and left message on answerphone to say could not book until 19 february but said nothing about setting up my account. (no tel no to contact).
Had to ring uk reservations back to say this is not right as 180+10 was yesterday - they looked again - yes i am right - have to wait until today for someone to ring me back.
As you can imagine not that happy at the moment

A Grand Gatherings account? I didn't even know such a thing existed. I certainly don't recall ever seeing it on the boards here. How bizzarre! Make sure you update us tonight. I will be checking later tonight after my rather LONG day draws to a close ....!
If there are eight or more of you, there is three events classed as grand gatherings. You can use your free DDP on them.

To cut a long story short, disney uk rang back, can do the breakfast one, but not until 19th february, she has put our details on her calendar and will book on that date and confirm to me - fingers crossed
Will be strange not looking at the clock for 11am each day
