I finally had a chance to look at the Navigators on the Tagrel site. They appear to be almost identical to ours....except for where it says "Inaugural", like the sailaway party, etc.
AND.....I just noticed....they stayed in Mazatlan until 8 pm....we didn't. I wonder why the difference??

I was looking over my trip report...and it's funny, the one place that we thought we would dislike the most, Mazatlan, turned out to be the place we learned the most about. And it was interesting.

That was a pretty random thought, but what do you expect at 1:30 in the morning??

Stacey - Thanks again for the trip report! I'll plan on keeping Randi's booked...it'll be one way to get Brynee off of the ship! I hope Brynee, Jessica and Kenney enjoy the Stack as much as Jordan and Jared did !

Vickie - Brynee's boyfriend looks a lot like Kenney...she herself said they could be brothers!

Barb - A friend was at DL last week and the Mickey 50th pin was out of stock as usual. The CM suggested DeliverEars 1-800-362-4533 as ordering through them is the only sure way to get the pin. SKU # for the pin is:400009386707

In case you guys were curious about Barb's and my "jewelry" chat last night, it was a little jab at someone not on this thread. Pay no attention.....

And Barb, our "friend" really ripped into WJ last night, after you went to bed, maybe....and I replied with "There are none so blind, as those who cannot see" I notice today, those portions of the thread (posts) have been deleted, "someone" complained that it was a personal attack. Hmmm.....dreaming about who that would have been??? I guess she can dish it out, but she can't take it!

Just finished putting some pics in my online album. There are 2 pages and unfortunately, they start at the end of the cruise and go forward to the beginning. Next time, I'll remember to add the pics in backwards!

Your unofficial 'leader' has decided to make a decision. I think a cabin tour is in order and if each cabin would like to have a beverage or snack waiting that will be up to them. I think this will give us the best of both worlds. Now to decide on a day and time, I think we need to see if DCL is doing any other changes in the Navigator's from what has been posted.
Room service can be ordered to have snacks in the room. They have the fruit and cheese plate, cookies, sandwiches and a few other cold items that would be good to have.
I hope everyone likes this idea.

That sounds fine to me - but we won't be able to fit very many in our cabin.....I'm REALLY re-thinking about upgrading....

If I am remembering correctly you have a cat. 10 which happens to be the same exact size as the cabins all the way up to and including a cat. 5. The cats. 5-7 appear, in print, to be larger since they include the verandah in the listed square footage. Also, the last I checked on the DCL site there were no cabins available. Looks like we will have a full ship.

The little fellow you see sitting on the deck chair is "Scoopie". He is the mascot for the "Double Dip" cruise....May of '06, two stops at Castaway Cay. The real Scoopie is travelling the US for the next year and is currently on a cruise in Alaska. The imposter Scoopie went with us....I didn't get my "request for Scoopie" sent in time! LOL
Yes...the Double Scoop Group is a tad odd. Well....I am, anyway!

I think "Scoopie" is a good idea. A friend of mine has a ...gasp... Scooby that gets to go on vacation with friends. We have taken him to Australia and Ireland and will probably go on the cruise with us. When in Australia and Ireland, Scooby had to have his picture taken at a couple of breweries and wineries.

By the way, how was your dinner rotation? Which restaurant were you in on Sat, Sun, Mon, etc?
Does anyone know if and when we can find out what our dinner rotations will be? Can we or should we make requests?
