O'kay I'm soooooo lazy!

Has anyone actually counted the participants for the FE's? I keep loosing track after trying to count 3+ times.

I counted about 25 families or cabins? At approximately 4 passengers, that's about 100 people?

So, I will either round up to 30 cabins if I decide on doing it per cabin or to 110-120 people if I decide to do something for each person?

I haven't ordered anything yet - just want to get an idea of the current numbers while I look for ideas.

Do I have my numbers right?

I believe I counted 99 people on the current list that was posted. 100 was a good guess

I'll make your life easier. There are 97 people right now participating in the FE, so your guestimate was pretty close. 25 cabins, 45 adults 52 kids. It is still open for people to join until Sunday, then I will post the list of full participants. After Sunday any one that joins will only get deliveries from people who have bought or made extras.

Thanks for the exact breakdown! It helps a lot! Will probably wait until Sunday to see the final numbers and go from there. But am looking around for ideas this week.

Welcome aboard. MCO is the nearest airport. As for how soon to book flight home, I would go later versus earlier, depending on how badly you want to get home. We like to hang out as long as possible on the boat and only get off when we really have to. Our flight is at 7pm so we are hoping to get back to the park for a couple of hours of fun before we fly home

You are correct, there are 99 and not 97. I forgot to count my stepson and wife as my kids don't know they are going with us, so I don't have them on the spreadsheet I made up! Sorry about that there are 99 on the list with 47 adutls and 52 kids, 26 cabins. Sunday night I will post the new list!

For the FE gifts, is it a gift for everyone in a cabin including adults or one gift per cabin

It's up to you. You can do one per cabin, everyone in the cabin, some do just the kids, anything given will be appreciated by our group! That way everyone can participate based on what they can afford, some will do more, some less, but isn't so much about what you get, but about the fun we have giving, and receiving things everyday!

Thanks! I think it's more fun when everyone can participate, and there are a lot of things out there people can buy or make that don't cost much. All it takes is a little imagination, and all of us that love Disney so, should have plenty of that!

I can't wait either, and it's killing me because my kids don't know when were going. They know we are going on a cruise again, just not when, so I have to be very careful about what I say around them, especially when I need to tell DH something. They will not find out until they are in the car driving down!

My kids still don't know anything at all! I've come close to slipping up several times.

Last night I came across a thread where someone on a cruise will send your kids a postcard from Castaway Cay, so I'm having one sent right before we go!! It will be as if Capt. Jack needs them (we're big Pirates fans).

I got someone on the creative disign board to make up surprise letters for them that we will give them in the car. We have told them we are going to the beach at the end of August for a quick trip before school starts, so they wont be suspicious when we load the suitcases in the car, as we usually do a few day trip to the beach each summer! They also don't know their 27 yo brother and wife are going with us. I told my husband it's not if I slip, but when. I've been good all these months, but it is getting harder and harder as I start to assemble the fe bags and get my nonessentials ready for the trip!

Rick and Will Fox are 15 and would love to email with some other teens
that are going on the cruise. They are my younger brothers, this will be their first time going on the cruise as teens last time they were in the kids lab.
They are into sports and video games.

Would love to have our girls talk to Will and Rick....however, the cruise is a super surprise for the both of them. So they won't even know they are going on the cruise until that morning when we leave for the port.

Counting down the days means unfortunately counting down to the end of summer.

I know they have some kind of diaper delivery now to the ship, don't know what the cost is, but it would save some valuable packing space.

To those in the FE, the current list on p67 is updated, and I have heard back from the people I was waiting for. Everyone on that list has now acknowledged that they will indeed be going and are participating in the FE. The last few people I assigned a delivery day to, if I didn't pm you, please check the list for your delivery day and timeframe. I will wait until Sunday evening or Monday morning (depending on my schedule) to post the list, after Sunday anyone who joins will be posted to the list in green.

This is also a last call for anyone wanting to join the full FE exchange. I will be taking names until tomorrow(Sunday, June 21), after that, if you would like to join you may, we just cannot guarantee how many deliveries you will get, since people are now making/ordering things and may not have enough for people who joined late.
