So excited for this cruise! See lots of girls on this one, but looking for friends for my DS(11) and DS(8). My DS(11) is a little anxious about not knowing someone and being in Edge alone.

I have a DS9. He's an only, so he will be looking for other kids to hang out with, for sure!!!

Hi all. We just booked. Ogt. Yay.

It will be me (the mom), Amber, 10 and Clarissa, 7 .

We would love to join an fe group. My concern is....what if we are able to upgrade at the port? How will the group find out our new cabin number?

Jenn: We should have a DIS Meet onboard before the muster drill probably around 3ish. I can hand out the latest FE spreadsheet then.

To All: Maybe we should consider ordering lanyards for the group. Missy thought the cruise should have a name like the "Fantasy 8/25 Eastern Caribbean Summer Bash". I am not terribly creative so if someone else has suggestions...

Jeff

is the meet just for folks in the FE. I was lurking on the board for a while but am not in the FE. However I would love my DDs 8 and 5 to meet some other kids at the start of the cruise.

Has anyone in GTY received their stateroom # yet?

No :( Based on what people are reporting on the what's your VGT/OGT/IGT assignment, I am hopeful we may see at the beginning or middle of August. I randomly check to see if our cabin number has appeared, but no success so far.

We are so ready for this cruise! Getting that really hot steamy weather this week-end, so being on a ship feeling the sea breezes will be nice. :cool2:

No, the meet is for anyone who wants to get together. We'll finalize the time/place and let everyone know.

Since we have not cruised with Disney since July 2010 I see they have added "port arrival time" my question is for those of you that have sailed Disney since they added "port arrival time" do you need to follow it exactly? will they not let you in before your time :confused3

Your port arrival time will be linked to your boarding number. If you arrive at 11:00 a.m. and you have selected 1:30 p.m. for your port arrival time, you may be allowed to enter the terminal (If it is not crowded) but you will not be able to board until they call your boarding number which might be 12:30 p.m.

Hi. We would also like to join. We booked an ogt cabin and still have not been assigned. I will be traveling with my three sons (Matthew (10), Ryan (7) and Evan (6monthsl).

Today marks 8 weeks until to the cruise:thumbsup2

To the newbies, please read the thread before taking over my countdown:rotfl:

I made a list of the 50 boys and girls that are iin the FE, with their ages and likes. I separated by a list of boys and a list of girls and put from youngest to oldest to help me figure out what I could find/make if I wanted to give to each kid or for the family given the kid(s) age(s). If you would like the list, I will try to paste, as I cannot upload a word file.

Thanks, sending a pm
