Thanks so much I was really upset becuase I felt like my opportunity was slipping away. My TA is AMAZING and a really good personal friend she was more upset then me this AM and I knew she would come through for me as long as all of the cabana's were not book. I have # 5 right now but if the HA1 is still available they will switch it to that one.Congratulation!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOO happy for you!![]()

That is EXCELLENT. How many people are in your group. We will only be 4 my DS(almost17) Did not want to do it again since he had already done it twice. That's great!
WE also have the sting ray encounter on the first day at 9!
Glad everything worked out for you.
We booked the stingray encounter for the second day at Noon.

There will just be 4 of us, my FIL, me and ds9 and ds7. My friend, her DH and her 3 kids are also on the cruise wih us but they are not PIF yet. So if our time is still available then maybe they will do it as well. I told ds9 about it and he doesn't looks too thrilled. I think he is leery about being in the ocean but he is also the type of child who needs to be forced to do something in order for him to discover whether he truly likes or dislikes something. If he doesn't choose to snorkel, can he just play in the water in the same general area?
Just an observation... but what are the chances that the "regular Joe" first time DCL cruiser would ever even SNIFF getting a cabana?
I'm really not even interested in one... (too much $, IMO)... but it seems like they would be completely sold out long before the "newbs" would even get a crack at them.
Seems a little unfair, IMO.

It's funny my DH was just saying the same thing. I think our cruise must have a lot of first timers beacuse there are still cabana's , Palo and Remy's availible!
Good to hear.
Our other DVC cohorts have already done their online check in... When she checked in, she was asked who else she was responsible for, so she listed all of us? So... I'm hoping that our arrival times are already locked in. We're all traveling together to the port from BLT... so it would truly stink if we had to wait outside until our arrival time came (she registered for 11 am).
Are you using Disney transportation? If you are port arrival times do not matter for you. You would be able to enter when the Disney bus drops you off.
No. We reserved a van/bus service to take us. Overall it saves us like 20 pp round trip using the outside service vs. Disney.
We have 3 families (me included) are are arriving the weekend before the cruise and staying at BLT. Then another family will be meeting us at BLT on wither Wednesday or Thursday (I can't remember). We're all taking the bus service together (round trip). We're meeting the rest of the families in our "group" at the ship.
I'm staying up on Saturday night.... I'll do it after midnight.
Not a first time cruiser... just first time DCL
Have it my calendar... and it's all iCloud backed up and stuff... so every device I own will remind me to register.
We got our Magical Express luggage tags for the BLT portion of the trip. Although it is weird... we got our "extra" tags before we got the vouchers...
I never requested extra tags, but I think a DVC rep just did it for us when I called to change our flight number that I registered (can never have too many I think).
I'm thinking the Magical Express package should come today.
