I am just delerious! I have butterflies in my stomach and a silly grin on my face all day long.

We just brought the tuxedos to be altered and picked up some collared shirts for the boys for dinner and are packing our toiletries this weekend.

Next weekend is a busy one for us, so I want to get most things done in the next few days, so I can try to relax the few days before we leave.

I can't believe it is almost here. I was back reading the first posts of this thread. It is funny to see how we were all complaining about the cold. Then we were dancing our Double Digit Dance. In 4 more days, it will be the Single Digit Dance

I was out buying school supplies today and my kids wanted to get an alarm clock for their room (like they need it, they wake up at the crack of dawn everyday! ) And I saw a small digital alarm clock in Staples, so I got it for the kids. I told them they can have it AFTER the cruise. With no natural light in the room, I figure an alarm clock will be a big help.

I plan to start sorting things out today to be packed. And, as my luggage is new, I am going to label all of my luggage and figure out how many bags we will need and which ones to take.

Anyone packed yet???

All packed here but the dress clothes, they go in the Friday morning we leave. Don't want to go to dinner looking to wrinkled. DW says she doesn't want to do any laundry or ironing during the cruise. She is on vacation too!!!

Packed already !!??!! OMG

My suitcases are out on the floor, but nothing is in them. DD9 has been at camp for 3 weeks, so all of her clothes are there (except for dress clothes) I am still deciding on what to bring for myself. Of course, we still have a weekend of family stuff,t hat requires bathing suits and "decent" clothes. I am taking most of the week before we go as vacation- then the rush will be on. Besides, I work best under pressure. If there is no pressure I lurk the boards.

Captain Verandah, is now getting ready for his maiden voyage upon the Disney Magic, set to sail on Saturday August 23, 2003 at 5pm in the afternoon. Captain Verandah will be calling all hands to deck 3 at the Promenade Lounge after the mustering for a DISmeet. Captain Verandah orders that all DIS'ers aboard should be prepared for a week of fun and relaxation!!!

We are pretty much packed but I keep taking things in and out like bathing suits and shorts so it's driving me crazy!
but on the other hand...I'm glad I packed because I realized that I needed to run out and buy a few more things that I thought I had enough of like tank tops for DS for example. We leave in 4 days for the looooong drive to Florida so I am running out of time. Not that I'm complaining!!!

After DW and I spoke on the phone with Rae for over an hour yesterday (Sunday), I was ready to get on the plane then and head to Florida. Now, I wish we had taken a week off before the cruise and went to WDW first to help curb the excitement. I can't believe it, in 11 days 4 hours and 10 minutes, we leave for the airport, and a great DISmeet around the Radisson pool.
