I've read where it has been done that way, but we were also told that our cruise was sold out, it still wouldn't hurt to ask though. Good Luck!!!

Thanks for confirming that information Mary, yep, three weeks from today, we will be waking up on the Magic!!!

I slept like a log last night, I think these past few nights have finally caught up with me, LOL!!!

Let's see how the survey goes, and I will add a post by the end of this week.

Andy - having done DIS meet parties both ways, you can do that. You are correct that the drill will end by 4:15 (unless there are a lot of naughty cruisers who skip the drill!

We had a meet at the Promenade Lounge back on our Nov. 24, 2001 cruise and it worked out fine. We congregated at the end of the lounge closer to Lumiere's. Of course we did it on Sunday morning, rather than the first day. I think the first day works out better, because the sooner to meet fellow DISers, the better. And there's no reason why you can't then take the meet up top, if the weather cooperates (as I know it will).

Thanks Sandy, I think we might try that, with the results I got back so far, the Promenade Lounge is leading in the survey tally over Topsiders 8-0, with another 4 votes saying, either location would be fine.

Do they make sunglasses for one eye in the back of your head, he! he!?

We spent the afternoon at the mall yesterday, after church. My DD got her dress shoes to wear with her formal and semi-formal dresses. Then she went and had her hair cut. Dad got a couple on new shirts (mom got some new clothes last weekend). Mom also got a new hair doo on Saturday, dad gets his hair cut this Friday. It's becoming more real by the minute.

I also ordered "myself" a "little something extra" off an internet site last evening, but, that's all I'm going to say on the matter, he! he!

The anticipation is making it hard to fall asleep at night. I was looking at your parasailing photos again last night before going to bed, and my heart started pounding real fast. Looks like a great deal of fun, but, oh my, you were really up there!!!

Gotta Run, have a MAGICal Day!!!

The last few nights are truly unbareable!! I thought i was going to go nuts! Just think to yourself....only a few more nights! The last night...I did not sleep at all!!..Actually the whole family was up!....Feels like Christmas...(actually more exciting then Christmas) lol

Are you doing parasailing? If not you should consider!! Its pricy but you will never forget it! It's a great experience!! They told us we were up 200 or 300 feet!...Sorry I forget which one. (or it may be in between) Great views of the whole island and the MAGIC

So what is this "secret package" you ordered last night?!?! A torture item for me! hahahahaha

Does anybody know any big brawny body guards?? Looks like I may need one!

My DW keeps telling me, that I am so bad!!!

BTW, my DD and I are both signed up for parasiling and the banana boat ride on CC Travis, care to join us??? he! he!
