August 21st Hollywood Studios extended hours?

Hi,

Does anyone know why the hours for Hollywood Studios on the main WDW site are showing as closing at 9pm & then have extra hours posted from 9.30pm-12.30am? It doesn’t appear to be on any other date around then?

ETA - I see that I’m redirected to the British Official WDW site due to being in the UK, I’m wondering if the US site differs?

I see it on the website too, but not on the app. Noticed it doesnt say anything about extended evening hours…me thinks it’s a glitch (Though I wish it wasn’t!)

I don’t see the hours of 9:30-12:30 on the website, but I do see a heading for Evening Extended Hours for Select Resort Guests as a placeholder for all the parks every day, including Typhoon Lagoon, with the usual hours for MK and Epcot on their normal days. On Thursday 7/14 DHS does have Moonlight Magic for DVC only, from 9:30-12:30, so maybe that got posted via a glitch?

That's what I thought initially. Then I remembered that MM is August 31 and is at AK, not HS.

The MM this Thursday, July 14, is at DHS.

What I meant was that MM in August is not on the 21st, it's on the 31st. And the MM on 8/31 is at AK, not HS.

The DVC moonlight magic nights don’t seem to be listed on the website park hours page. I think probably a mistake. Although I wouldn’t hate it if they tested a regular paid after hours event.

It really does…it’s on my radar to check back into but I’m guessing it’s a Disney IT boo-boo?
