My tickets that I added to the magical deal is not showing up on my Disney Experience ? When I first linked my reservation with the Disney site they were there now it says it has encountered a problem check back latter. Is anyone else having this problem ?

ok,... so I am totally on this "magical" deal but, the deal is that we cannot add any dining plans??
Has anyone came back from their trip booking with this travel agency - I am curious...

For your info, it's normal that you tickets appear and disappear - it's happened to me a couple of times while login into MDE.

I got a response within an hour but it says to allow up to 1 to 2 days.

Regular deposit....$200 for package. One night for room only. Same cancelation rules as thru Disney.

We book last year and for next year too. Did BC last year and Poly for next. Room and tickets was a $200 deposit. You have to pay the remaining 45 days in advance. They said you can cancel without penalty until 5 days before the trip.

What a great graduation gift to yourself . We are booked at the Poly during that time frame under the "magical" deal, too .

To answer your question, as the pp said, any money paid is fully refundable if you cancel at least 5 days prior to arrival. Just to clarify about the deposit/cancellation policy, the required deposit is $200, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival whether you book RO or a package; however, you have up until 5 days prior to arrival to cancel without a penalty for either reservation type. For some reason, since it's a group rate and gets booked through group sales, the deposit and balance due for RO is different than when booking yourself through CRO.

We normally do value resorts and splurged last Christmas by going to POFQ. I just ran the same dates on disneys site and it would have cost me almost 2000 dollars more at rack rate. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! Thanks again. Doin the banana dance.

I had an issue that only 3 out of 4 tickets were showing up on MDE. I had to call Disney IT and they fixed it.

My issue was I had two accounts. They deleted one account and fixed it.

From my experience, my park tickets show up half the time..... Technical issues or something...... But I have verified that we have the same park tickets we booked, so good vibes! The deal is really magical! We will now go to typhoon lagoon for the first time! Woohoo!!

Ok thanks, do you just give them the reservation number ? I know they always ask for the phone number and all when calling.This may be a dumb question but what is IT . I want to make sure I call the right number at Disney.

When I click my reservations and tickets it only shows our resort but not tickets. Just so they will be on the magicbands
