We have been going back and forth about this "magical deal" and I cant believe the difference in price. How can it be???? My DH is a little hesitate I think as we are already booked at the BWI for August but with this savings I think we may make the switch. Should we make the switch? Only drawback is we cant add the DDP.

I too vote to make the switch. We booked for August 2015 with an unbelievable price. Don't need the DDP. Much rather have this discounted rate instead.

Looking at starting with 5 nights at Poly and then 5 nights at BC.

I hope they aren't sold out.

No negatives that I could think of unless saving money is a negative...

We stayed last August for $169 at the WL and $189 at the Poly. Great deal.

that's exactly what we are doing, just ending with poly!! so excited!!

We booked the Contemporary for 233 a night with tax via the magical deal. Poly deal was "better" but I was worried about the construction and since its august and we will be swimming- I was worried the main pool would be over crowded (as the quiet pool will be closed). As much as we would like to try the Poly (there is always next time) we have always wanted to stay at the Contemporary. Walking to the MK will be a HUGE deal for us. I have wanted to stay there since I was a kid... another bucket list item checked off- savings of approx 42% of the rack rate.

Add us to people who have booked the magical deal for the poly! September 3-11! I never in my life thought we would be able to stay at a monorail resort for more than a night or two! We are following up with 2 nights at AKL and then 2 at Clearwater and back to Disney for a few more nights!

We were really tempted by BC and CR and I still debate in my head whether we made the right choice bc there is just something about CR...but poly is a dream f my moms (and ours!) and now that I know of this agency, we will be booking our future trips with them!

I still find myself saying "omg we are staying at the poly!"

When I booked my "Magical deal" I asked for quotes on BC and POR our favorite resorts and POR was more than BC for August so I don't think the deals extend to moderate.
Disney will most likely come out with something eventually though.

These are our exact dates too! We are at POFQ Aug 20-Sept 2 with free dining (also booked last year on bounceback while we were at POFQ). We just added on two days before our POFQ stay with a 'magical deal' at the Beach Club. POFQ is our favourite resort! We are hoping to get the MNSSHP Sept 1 (it was Sept 1 last year, and I know Labour Day was early last year, so we probably won't get to do the MNSSHP, I'm still crossing my fingers).

We are from Ontario. I'm a teacher so we always have to be back by Labor Day to get ready for school. We have done POFQ many times (as you can see below in my signature ). The boat from POFQ to DTD is a really nice bonus at this resort and our DD's like Disney Quest at DTD. The resort is quiet and relaxing, and often we walk to PORS (10 min walk) to use their restaurants / pool. But, we really just prefer the feeling and size of POFQ. We like to ask for building 4 so we are near transportation, food court (to fill up our drinks and eat beignets) and close to movies in the courtyard.
We just decided to try the magical deal- price was so good (even with the Canadian dollar exchange ) We are just using those two days to hang out at the pool, Stormalong Bay.
We keep thinking that we are going to try Universal but Disney has our heart, so we keep returning there

I'm jumping on this bandwagon, planning a trip starting Aug. 24th for probably 4 nights! It will be my boyfriend's first Disney trip EVER and we are both super excited! Before I go wading back through this whole thread are there any discounts out there yet for that time frame that anyone is aware of? Thanks so much!
