YEAH August 2010!!!!!!

We have our first family vacation booked and of course we chose WDW!!!! It doesn't come until the 29th, but I still can't wait!!!!!

My hubby said we would not go again until the renovations are done in Toontown....looks like I am putting a deposit down soon. My Disney love has turned him into a Disney nut too.

Good Evening all, I have just booked our first trip to Disney for August 16-21 camping at Fort Wilderness. Look to learn a lot about sights and programs through the boards. This will be our longest trip taken as a family as we will be traveling from MA. Our two kids, my wife and I are excited and look forward to the planning and anticipation.

Husband just told me we are taking the kids back this year and are booked at WL 8/20-27, my Christmas present!!

I knew touring the resorts one day while off site last August would make him come back sooner than he originally thought.

I am defecting from the July thread and heading over here. We got one of those "save the date" cards for a family wedding so we had to adjust our dates.

We are staying 8/11 to 8/18 and staying at the Poly. I already booked airfare since it was so cheap! $148 round trip

I just booked for August 20 - 29th at Pop! This is our first family trip and we can't wait! It was a very Disney Chrsitmas this year - we booked the trip Christmas Eve, kids got lots of Disney movies and toys, got some t-shirts from the Disney Store, and I got the Unofficial Guide to WDW!

Just booked at the Poly for 8/17-24... got a nice 40% off PIN... completely free dining would be a few hundred dollars better than the PIN, but I am not holding my breath on that one...

Hi all! I just booked our trip for 8/17-8/24! Me and my boyfriend are staying at POP! It will be his first trip since he was a child (and can't remember much about it.) I on the other hand have gone over ten times and have stayed at POP before. I am hoping for free dining!

Now I feel like with the holidays behind us we can really kick our planning into HIGH gear!

My family needs to start discussing ADRs! We each get to pick two favorite TS and then we go from there. So far DD has Ohana breakfast and CRT breakfast. DH picked CRT breakfast and is still thinking about his number two.

I am looking to expand on our favorites. I am thinking of trying Tepan Edo this trip. Anyone else thinking about ADRs?

I am such a planning junkie that I mapped out our tentative park schedule -- including ADRs -- during the Christmas break! I had to do it in secret, though, so the rest of my family wouldn't razz me about my Disney OCD.

I'll continue to dream alone until next month, then get some imput from them right before our 180-day mark in Feb. So glad I'm not alone in my obsession...

My first trip to WDW with my child was 2000 and he was 10 years old. Since then we have gone twice and are planning on a return this year, but he says he can't stand for me to talk about Disney. So, I just plan, make the ADRs that I want and activities that I think he might enjoy and go. So far, no complaints!
