WOO HOO We'll be there!!

My fiance and I are going for our wedding from July 31-August 8!! We're staying at the GF and our families will be spread out in multiple resorts on/off property. We're getting married on August 5, then leaving for a Disney Cruise on August 8!

Any idea when the August park hours will be up?? The rest of my family is trying to plan out their park days and they keep asking me for all the info.

Now I feel like with the holidays behind us we can really kick our planning into HIGH gear!

My family needs to start discussing ADRs! We each get to pick two favorite TS and then we go from there. So far DD has Ohana breakfast and CRT breakfast. DH picked CRT breakfast and is still thinking about his number two.

I am looking to expand on our favorites. I am thinking of trying Tepan Edo this trip. Anyone else thinking about ADRs?

My first trip to WDW with my child was 2000 and he was 10 years old. Since then we have gone twice and are planning on a return this year, but he says he can't stand for me to talk about Disney. So, I just plan, make the ADRs that I want and activities that I think he might enjoy and go. So far, no complaints!

I think I am going to do as you suggested..Sometimes I wonder if I am more excited than they are..ha-ha

Hello my dear dear DIS pals...
I have to say I am thankful for the DIS.. I discovered it last year and has been instrumental in helping me plan for vacations. As well as good reading!!! (Trip reports... I thank u!!!)

My family and I are going back for our 5th year consecutive!!!.. We booked for Aug25th to Sept 4th... Maybe more if I tack on a cruise. Its really special for my kids and me to have this time to ourselves away from all the hullabaloo!!!
So I join in your celebration !!!!

Hey everyone!!!
We have our honeymoon planned for August 2-11, and we are SO excited!! (Almost in an unhealthy way!) We are staying at POFQ and have pretty much decided all of our meals for the DxDDP. I swear we are both WAY more excited about the honeymoon than the wedding! Haven't picked out our flowers, tuxes, dresses, music, etc., but we have a spreadsheet of which parks we will be at each day and where we will be dining. Crazy, I know...but you all understand I'm sure!!

Might be going from august 9-13 in honor of my birthday Nothing is booked yet, but we've checked out prices and everything and it looks like a possibility

Right now I'm considering staying at a bunch of resorts! I would love to stay at the Poly, but the Wilderness Lodge Villas actually looks like a cheaper option. We've also looked into all of the Villas, the CR, GF, AKL, FW, Swan, Dolphin, and Yacht Club.

No resort decided yet, but I already now what my plans would consist of!!! Since it is a birthday trip and all

Monday August 9--Fly down, get to resort and just hang
Tuesday August 10--EPCOT day maybe breakfast at CP first
Wednesday August 11---MY birthday, Magic Kingdom, dinner at CRT
Thursday August 12--free day to visit DTD and resorts
Friday August 13--head home

This is my first post on DIS!

We haven't made reservations yet, but we have bought our plane tickets- we be there Aug. 13-19, most likely at All Star Sports. I've been once, in 1989, DH and our 2 boys (will be 5 and 7 in Aug) have never been there. We're so excited!

What is up with the park calendars? I thought they were posting 6 months out!!!

A week or so ago they were up through July, I was just looking to see if Aug was posted yet and now May, June and July have disappeared!!!



Hopefully this is temporary? I need to plan out our ADRs!!!

We'll be at POR August 15th through the 28th, and can't wait. Only 11 days until park hours will be released, and 26 days until we make our ADR's.
